Shipping policy
Everything you order from Nuvel is dispatched from the United Kingdom — picked, packed and sent from here. This policy explains where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
Where we deliver
We currently sell and deliver within the United Kingdom only, including Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands. We don't ship outside the UK for now. If that changes, we'll say so clearly on the site.
Made to order, made for you
Many of our pieces are made to order and dispatched from the UK. It means your piece is made for you — no overproduction, less waste, and a more considered way of making clothing. The dispatch estimate for each piece is shown on its product page.
Delivery times
Each product page shows its own delivery estimate before you buy, so there are no surprises. Timing varies by piece — in-stock pieces move faster, made-to-order pieces are produced first — and the estimate on the product page is the one that applies to your order. Exact timings are confirmed as each piece goes live.
Delivery cost
- Free UK delivery on orders over £25.
- For orders under £25, a small flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a confirmation with tracking so you can follow it to your door.
Packaging
Your order arrives in plain Nuvel packaging — eco where we can, with no third-party branding. The moment you open it should feel like part of the piece.
