The UK. Every order is dispatched from the UK for fast domestic delivery — never drop-shipped to your door from another country.

Many are. We make pieces to order and dispatch them from the UK — made for you, with no overproduction and less waste. It's a slower, more considered way to make clothing, and we think it's the right one.

Each product page shows its delivery estimate before you buy, so you always know up front. Because some pieces are made to order, the timing varies by piece — we'll always show it clearly on the page.

We ship within the United Kingdom only for now. If that changes, we'll say so clearly on the site.

Free UK delivery on orders over £25. Below that, a small flat delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unworn item in its original condition. Changed your mind? You cover the return postage. Faulty, wrong or damaged? We cover it. Full details on our Returns page.

Each product page has its own size details and fit guidance — so you can choose with confidence before you buy.

The full fabric composition is listed on every product page. We choose considered materials — organic cotton and heavier weights where we can — because the material is the first thing you feel.

Secure card payment at checkout through Shopify Payments. Your card details are handled securely by our payment provider — Nuvel never sees or stores them.
